NL655 - SAE100R7 Black Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose

NL655 is a black, polyurethane covered hose for medium pressure applications (similar pressure as SAE100R1 rubber hose) but is used where a rubber hose is not suitable. This hose is widely found in instrumentation, control and lubrication applications because of its low expansion in impulse applications, such as on hydraulic lifts, or where a wire reinforced hose will "fray" - such as on forklift boom pulleys. This low expansion permits more accurate control and more direct response, whereas a rubber hose with wire reinforcement will tend to slightly flex or bulge. It is a lightweight hose that is highly compact and resistant to a wide range of fluids and chemicals.

Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to +100°C (212°F)

Tube: Black Thermoplastic Polyester.

Cover: Black, oil & abrasion resistant polyurethane.

Reinforcement: Synthetic fibre braid.
